Kinesiology is the study of "mechanics and anatomy in relation to human movement" (Merriam-Webster,
2018). Earning a degree in Kinesiology prepares individuals for a wide range of careers,
in and outside of health care. Some of these careers can be found in fitness, education,
medicine, physical therapy, athletic or personal training, coaching, and more.

- Applied Physiology Lab: Specializes in research and education in exercise physiology, nutrition, resistance exercise, and the immune system.
- Pediatric Movement and Physical Activity Lab: Research and development of innovative approaches to P-12 physical activity/education.
